CORPORATION ASSIGNMENT-TYPE 1
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions: [Description of the terms and conditions agreed upon]
Franchisee may not, unless agreed to and provided in writing by the franchiser, transfer or grant rights as stated in contractual agreement, unless those rights are being granted to the franchisees corporation that is completely under the control of the franchisee. If such a grant is to be executed, then franchisee is prohibited to grant anyone control of that corporation with out the written and expressed consent of franchiser.
